Managing Director

Alan has had a successful career as a dynamic and creative leader in award-winning television production and business management. He has excellent links within the UK and international media industry and with business and policy makers across Scotland and the UK.

Mick joined Two Rivers from STV Productions, where he held the same role. He has been the Executive Producer on a number of award-winning and critically-acclaimed landmark documentaries.

Mirella Breda

Mirella Breda

Head of Entertainment

Mirella, who was most recently Managing Director of Initial and spent seven years as a Commissioning Editor of Entertainment at the BBC, is now based at our Glasgow office.

Ross Cowan

Head of Legal

Ross has over 15 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer and has been working in the television production industry since 2011. He has joined Two Rivers Media from STV Productions where he was Legal and Business Affairs Manager, dealing with all legal aspects of the development, production and distribution activity of a multi-genre production company.

Faiza Mahmood

Head of Finance

Faiza has over 13 years’ experience as an accountant and has been working in the television industry since 2006. She has joined Two Rivers Media from STV Productions where she was a Senior Management Accountant, managing financial reporting, business forecasting and financial analysis across both creative and commercial sectors of the business.
