Rob Woodward
Non-Executive Chair
Rob was appointed Chair of Two Rivers Media Ltd in November 2019. Rob was appointed as Chair of the Met Office Board in July 2018, a position he held until November 2024.
He is currently Chair of the listed marketing analytics provider Ebiquity plc, is the Senior Independent Director of the FTSE100 housebuilder Vistry Group plc, and Chair of the listed Norwegian education business Lumi Gruppen AS. Rob was appointed at Chair of Glasgow Caledonian University on 6th February 2018, a position held until 28th February 2025. Previously Rob has served on the Board of the LEO satellite operator OneWeb and software company Blancco. He is the former Chair of City, University of London and a former Commissioner at the Northern Lighthouse Board.
His Executive career has spanned 11 years as CEO of the listed media group STV plc, Commercial Director of Channel 4, Managing Director at UBS Warburg and lead partner at Deloitte across their European Telecom/Media/Technology consulting activities.
Rob was awarded a CBE in the King’s birthday honours list 2024..
